Deep Cleaning & Move Out

Furnished Regular Home Cleaning

  • Wipe inside and outside appliances (fridge/freezer and oven)

  • Complete stove

  • Wipe down all kitchen cabinet faces and inside drawers

  • Clean all counters

  • Clean shelves in the pantry area

  • Clean window sills (inside only)

  • Clean all baseboards

  • Dusting of lights/ceiling fans

  • Dust all blinds (individual hand washing blinds is an additional charge)

  • Wipe light switches and power outlets

  • Wipe down both sides of all doors and door handles inside the home

  • Full bathroom (toilet, shower and or tub, sink)

  • Sweep and mop hard floors

  • Vacuum carpet areas

  • Wipe down laundry machines

  • Full Kitchen includes: stove top, microwave, wipe exterior cabinet faces

  • Clean and polish outside of kitchen appliances: fridge, dishwasher, and oven

  • Clean all counter tops

  • Wash sink/ load and run dishwasher

  • Kitchen window sill, and trim

  • Inside and outside glass sliding door

  • Sweep and mop hard floors

  • Vacuum carpet areas

  • Full bathroom (toilet, sink, tub/shower)

  • Change bed linens and or bath towels

  • Full dusting

  • Wipe down leather furniture

  • Take out trash and recycle from home to trash bins

  • $25.00 inside Oven (remove all pots and pans, clean racks and full scrub of interior oven)

  • $25.00 Fridge ( interior full scrub/wipe of all shelves and drawers)

  • $45.00 Wipe all doors inside home

   Not included but can be added on to service
